I'd say Kuala Lumpur.
If you take a map, you'll see clearly that these both cities are on the same climate zone and are really close to each other. Both cities are on the tropical zone.
As for Baltimore, it's located in the temperate/subropicale zone, which has nothing to do with the equatorial climate.
