The answer is a, 1. Because if a triangle had 2 right angles, it could not only be 3 sides, and the same goes for 3 right angles. Equally, a triangle can have 1 right angle as this would be constructed using 2 lines, like this:

|______

And then a final line can be used to join them to form a triangle.

Therefore the answer is A.
