+ 1/6=3/2 find the missing fraction

Let's say that the missing fraction is represented as 'x'

SO,

x + 1/6 = 3/2

x = 3/2 - 1/6

  = 8/6

  = [tex]1\frac{1}{3}[/tex] ( if simplifying is needed )
