Answer:

Step-by-step equation y = mx+b.

we first find slope which is y2-y1 / x2-x1 which is -3-3 / -1--5 = -6 / 4 = -3/2

m is the slope

b is the y intercept

so

y = mx+b

looking at the point-5, 3

3(y) = -3/2(slope)*-5(x)+b.

3 = -3/2(-5) +b

3 = 15/2+b

3 = 7.5+b

b = -4.5

so  y intercept is -4.5 equation is supposed to be written in y = mx+b =

y = -3/2x+-4.5p

hope i helped

it took me 15 mins to solve and write

can i have brainliest plsss
