ok so one of the sides don't count because the circle is there. so that leaves us with 14 + 14 + 4= 32(my bad)

then the circumference is for half the circle. and when finding the circumference you use radius so 2 cm. 2 x 3.14 x 2 = 12.56

then divide it by 2- 6.28

so that gives us 38.28
