Any living creature that lives beneath the Pacific surface will absorb the sunlight for nourishment. If the sun banishes all the living organisms (plants and algae) will suffer due to the lack of photosynthesis. The sun has a massive effect on the aquatic life in the oceans, lakes, or any body of water; including the Pacific Ocean.
