why are means of communication available in urban areas than in rural areas in Nepal

Rural areas don't get proper facilities.

Children lack education, good fresh food, water, sanitation etc.

people can not afford money to pay bills, data charge, currency in rural areas. So we can say that communication is more in urban areas rater than rural areas.
