How do Prions differ from viruses

A virus contains genes, and hijacks a cell to reproduce. A prion does NOT contain genes.

a virus is made of genetic materials (either DNA or RNA) and can reproduce, but Prions are not genetic and they cannot reproduce, instead it clings to other molucules and forces them to copy the Prions.
