What I think you should do is that you multiply 99 and 82 degrees and divide that answer with 110 and you get z. Than for y is 99.
I don't know if it's right but that I think you should do.

Z is 70, because I line is 180, and you have 180-110 to find z
The enclosed shape has a total of 360 degrees; therefore, all you need to do is subtract.
