You can use the Pythagorean theorem to find this answer, by dividing 128 into two parts and finding the square roots of those. so 128/2 = 64  square root of 64 = 8

[tex] 8^{2} [/tex] +  [tex] 8^{2} [/tex]  = 128 So your answer should be 8
