Given f(x) = 3x - 1 and g(x)= -x + 6, find f(-2) + g(5)

f(-2) = 3*(-2)-1 = -7
g(5) = 1

-7 + 1 = -6

(3(-2)-1)+(-(5)+6)
(-6-1)+(-5+6)
(-7)+(1)
-6
