(6x - y)(2x - y + 2)

Use the distributive law - first multiply the second parentheses by 6x  then by -y and simplify like terms

= 12x^2 - 6xy + 12x -2xy + y^2 - 2y

= 12x^2 + y^2 - 8xy + 12x - 2y
