Like with pretty much all percentage problems, convert the percent into a decimal by moving the % sign two places to the left and make % sign into a decimal point.

35% = 0.35

Sometimes the word 'of' means 'multiply'.

0.35 * 63 = 22.05

So, 22.05 is the answer.
