To find the number of moles first convert 5 mg to grams;
1 mg = 0.001 g
5mg = 0.005 g
Molar mass of Aspartame = 294.3 g/mol
Now divide the mass in grams by molar mass
0.005 / 294.3 = 0.000016989 moles
