F(x)=(2x)^2     Find f(-4)
this is a function notation, if you have f(-4) you need to fill the in to (X) on the left had side.
So F(x)=((2(-4))^2,Multiply what is in side the() and that is-12(postive x negiavtive is negative), Then we need to square that and it 144. so the answer is F(-4)=144
