If the velocity is constant then the acceleration of the object is zero.
[tex]a=0 (m/s^2)[/tex]
Thus when we apply the equation
[tex]\Delta X=vt+(at^2/2) [/tex]
It remains
[tex]\Delta X =vt [/tex]
or equivalent
[tex]t=(\Delta X/v) =7500/278 =26.98 (seconds)[/tex]
