This is actually an easy one. 

4 day= 24 hours X 4 = 96 hrs.

4560 = 96 hrs.

4560/96 = per hr. 

47.5 watts per hr.

Since 1 day = 24 hrs, 47.5 X 24 = 1140 Watts per day.

See? Simple and easy if you solve parts at a time!
