2+20+2+(20-11)+[(11*2*3,14)/4]
+11= 61,27 

if This figure consists of a rectangle and a quarter circle, we have to consider the amount of :
   the perimeter of rectangle - the dashed part, in which the quarter circle is inserted (2+20+2+20-11)
