Cramer's rule seems appropriate for this, since the graph shows fractions with unusual denominators.
  x = (-7*40 -14*18)/(-7*9 -4*14) = -532/-119 = 4 8/17
  y = (18*9 -40*4)/-119 = -2/119

(x, y) = (76/17, -2/119)
